I woke up, early as usual this morning, to a quiet house and a day off from work. I made a pot of strong, caffeine-laden coffee, lit a cigarette, and turned on the news.

I wanted my first blog here to be something spectacular, but the more I tried to come up with something the more of a block I found to writing it. So to start this I am just going to give some basic information about me.
